NL: Voor Nederlanders staat het SRC gelijk aan Marcom B voor kleine scheepvaart. Het is een bedieningscertificaat waarmee je apparatuur mag registreren bij de Rijksinspectie Digitale Infrastructuur (RDI), voorheen Agentschap Telecom.
For Dutch people SRC is similar to Marcom B for small crafts. It is an operator's license that allows you to register equipment with Rijksinspectie Digitale Infrastructuur (RDI).
